All withdrawals must be notified in writing to costamesa@pacificacademy.org.
To maintain an orderly dismissal time, no change of days or partial credit will be considered.
If you need to permanently change the days for the remaining semester, please submit a written request for approval to costamesa@pacificacademy.org at least one week before the start date. All requests are subject to space availability and must be granted in writing.

Withdrawals will be subject to the following refund percentage:

Request by August 7	100%	Minus $45 Processing Fee	Minus service charge (about 3%)
Request between August 8 - August 16	50%	Minus $45 Processing Fee	Minus service charge (about 3%)
Request on or after August 17	No Refund

A $45 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests.

If tuition is paid by credit card, a service fee (about 3%) will be deducted from the refund.
