Refund Policy:

All withdrawals must be notified in writing to costamesa@pacificacademy.org.
Withdrawals will subject to the following refund percentage:

Request Date	Refund Percentage	Minus	Paid by credit card
Request by April 6	100%	-$45 Processing Fee	-3% service charge
Request between April 7 - May 25	50%	-$45 Processing Fee	-3% service charge
Request on or after May 26	No Refund

A $45 processing fee will be applied to all refund requests.
If tuition is paid by credit card, a 3% service fee will be deducted from the refund.
